BloomingLucky.com previously hosted a gardening blog under different ownership. The Blooming Lucky you are reading now is an independent project that has restarted the publication from a blank page. We are not affiliated with the previous owners, and we have not copied earlier articles. Every guide here is written and edited fresh.
What we cover
We focus on the gardening questions that come up again and again in real homes: choosing plants for a small space, planting up a patio pot that lasts, designing a border that doesn't look messy in winter, building a terrarium that survives past the first month, and knowing what to do in the garden each month.
Our approach
We write like a friend who happens to know plants. Our advice is based on widely accepted horticultural practice, and we keep the language plain. We don't pretend to test every product we mention, and we will tell you when a recommendation is based on common sense rather than long personal use.
